Either one. We send one invoice to whoever you tell us.

Can you work with a lockbox?

Yes. Text us the code. We never store codes in writing, and every crew member is vetted and insured.

What if the list date is this week?

Call us. Rush preps depend on crew availability, and we'll tell you up front what's realistic.

Do you need to be at the house to quote?

Usually we do a quick walk-through. For simple jobs, photos and the square footage are often enough.
